Hall Rental Information and Pricing

All venues come with a 6-hour time frame this includes 1st hour is for set up and the last hour is for clean-up. Also included is the VIP lounge room, a mandatory armed security officer, host, ice machine, microwave, refrigerator, chaffing dishes, LED light show, BYOB, ample off-street parking, tables and chairs, and choice of the projector or throne chairs. You may bring in food (special restrictions apply) or inquire about our catering and decorative packages.

Payment Plans

The $350 security deposit is needed to book the venue & 50% of your balance is due 90 days prior to your event. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to your event.

Security Deposit

Security Deposits $350.00 are required to book an event. We do not accept credit cards. Deposits are returned one week after your event.

Access to utilize the bar. Certified Bar Maid included. Customer must supply all alcohol and cups. Our Certified Bar Maid is Required for all Open Bar Events.

Extra Hours

$100 an Hour

Additional hours are $100 an hour. 6 hours are included with each event rental.
